We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Public Sector team in Leeds City Centre. This role revolves around the recruitment and operational management of a high volume of temporary staff for our public sector clients. Key responsibilities include:
Actively recruiting staff through online job boards, networking, and social media, utilizing email, telephone, and other communication channels.
Collaborating with stakeholders, gathering information, and guiding them through the recruitment process.
Addressing issues such as sickness, punctuality, underperformance, and overseeing the general operational management of temporary staff.
Creating and managing rotas/schedules.
Coordinating interviews, meetings, and inductions, and conducting registrations.
Assisting candidates through the pre-employment process, ensuring quality information is communicated to the compliance team.
